Job Description
Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and positioning
Translate market trends and customer insights into actionable product concepts
Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Production
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
Analyze data, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine product direction
Ensure product development aligns with timeline, cost, and quality targets
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Manager (preferably in manufacturing)
Strong understanding of product development and market dynamics
Proven ability to launch and scale products successfully
Excellent analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
