Qualifications:* Minimum 2-3 years experience in International Sales/Business Development, preferably handling Africa, South Asia, & Middle East markets.* Strong knowledge of distribution channels, retail landscape, and buyer behavior in target regions.* Willing and able to travel frequently for business trips and international exhibitions.* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.* Experienced in managing key accounts, generating new leads, and closing international deals; skilled in product pitching, negotiation, pricing, and export contract follow-up.* Strong in market research, competitor mapping, demand forecasting, and coordination with internal teams for smooth order execution.* Proactive, target-oriented, disciplined in reporting, and comfortable prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and international trade platforms.Responsibilities:* Develop and expand Porto’s sandal business across Africa, South Asia, & Middle East markets.* Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and grow new leads.* Represent the company at international exhibitions and market visits.* Monitor market trends and propose strategic initiatives to increase sales.
