IT Business Analyst
We are looking for a highly curious and driven IT Business Analyst who specializes in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Warehouse operations. This role is for a hands-on individual who is enthusiastic about investigating user requirements and business processes directly on the factory floor, in the warehouse aisles, and throughout the supply chain. You won't be a spectator; you'll be on the front lines, deeply embedded with our operational teams to truly understand their day-to-day challenges and workflows. Your primary mission is to translate these on-the-ground insights into actionable technical requirements, ensuring our IT solutions are not just functional, but genuinely transformative for our production and logistics teams.
Responsibilities:
Conduct field observations and requirement gathering to analyze business needs and propose suitable solutions.
Develop key project documentation, including Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), flowcharts, and testing documents.
Act as a liaison between end-users and the technical team to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Oversee quality assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage the implementation training for users on new applications or modules.
Perform initial system configuration during the implementation of new modules in an ERP or other applications.

Highly curious and enthusiastic in collaborate with many department and people, strong analytical, logical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a functional analyst or business analyst, with experience in the manufacturing industry being a plus.
Proficiency in creating application testing scenarios for both System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Demonstrated understanding and experience in ERP implementation (experience with Odoo is a plus).
Good in office tools (Excel, spreadsheet etc.)
Knowledge of foundational relational data base management system (RDBMS) concepts and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with project documentation standards (BRD, FSD, Business process model notation & flowchart).
