Job Descriptions:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business strategies
• Developing and monitoring HR policies and procedures to be implemented in all departments to enhance employee engagement and performance
• Creating and maintaining organizational structures (job description, job grading, job analysis)
• Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management
• Ensure a timely payroll process

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent (CHRP certification is preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of working experience in a related field (prefer in manufacturing)
• Strong knowledge of performance management systems and industrial relations by Labor Laws
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willing 6 days work a week
• Placement: Head Office (Vikamas, North Jakarta)
