Job Description

  • Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract and recruit top talent

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates

  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across various roles and department

  • Leveraging data and analytics to measure the success of recruitment campaigns and continuously improve processes

  • Overseeing and mentoring a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and legal requirements related to talent acquisition

  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills

  • Ability to develop training materials (slides, workbooks, e-learning content, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent aquisition, talent management, and learning & development

  • Strong knowledge of training methods, career pathing, and performance management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

  • Ability to lead projects and collaborate across departments

  • Willing to work 6 days a week and be placed at Head Office (Vikamas, Penjaringan, North Jakarta)
