Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract and recruit top talent
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across various roles and department
Leveraging data and analytics to measure the success of recruitment campaigns and continuously improve processes
Overseeing and mentoring a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and legal requirements related to talent acquisition
Experience in designing and delivering training programs
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to develop training materials (slides, workbooks, e-learning content, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Minimum 3 years of experience in talent aquisition, talent management, and learning & development
Strong knowledge of training methods, career pathing, and performance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to lead projects and collaborate across departments
Willing to work 6 days a week and be placed at Head Office (Vikamas, Penjaringan, North Jakarta)
