Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plan production to achieve short-term or long-term targets.
2. Ensure all operational activities comply with standard operating procedures.
3. Maintain supporting production infrastructure and manage production assets effectively and efficiently.
4. Coordinate directly with the Factory Manager regarding the process flow for all factory production activities.
5. Be responsible for meeting production targets as set by the management.
6. Be responsible for managing manpower stability in the factory.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Production Supervisor/Junior Manager in a production-related function.
3. Strong understanding of plant/manufacturing processes.
4. Excellent planning skills, strong leadership, change management abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
5. Willingness to work 6 days a week.
6. Placement in Plant Karanganyar, Central Java.
