Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree in Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications will be considered an asset.
2. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR and/or general affairs, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
4. Proven track record in strategic planning, process improvement, and managing cross-functional teams.
5. Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data analytics tools for performance tracking .
6. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices in general affairs administration.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with various departments.

Responsibilities :
1. Design and execute HRGA strategies that align with the company's short and long-term business goals
2. Oversee the daily operations related to HR functions.
3. Enhancing the company's talent acquisition and retention strategies
4. Understand HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
5. Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HRGA performance
6. Managing the HRGA budget and resource effectively
7. Reporting on HRGA progress to management
