Are you ready to lead and optimize our daily plant operations? We're looking for a dynamic Junior Plant Manager to join our Plastic Goods Manufacturing Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and control day-to-day plant operations.
Coordinate with various departments: Production, PPIC, Warehouse, QC, and Logistics.
Regularly report on plant performance.
Develop strategies for continuous operational improvement.
Translate management directives into efficient operational execution.
Be flexible and willing to travel within the country.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Production Supervisor/Junior Manager in a production-related function.
Strong understanding of plant/manufacturing processes.
Excellent planning skills, strong leadership, change management abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
