KEY RESPONISBILITIES
KOL Strategy & Planning:
- Develop strategies and plans for partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand awareness and engagement for Porto X across various platforms.
- Set campaign goals for KOL partnerships based on agreed KPIs, such as reach, engagement, and sales uplift.
KOL Partnership Management:
- Identify, contact, and negotiate with KOLs who have an audience that aligns with Porto X’s target market.
- Manage contracts and maintain relationships with KOLs throughout the planning, execution, and evaluation phases.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with impactful KOLs.
Campaign Monitoring & Evaluation:
- Oversee the progress of KOL campaigns regularly to ensure optimal results.
- Analyze each KOL’s performance using various analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, and TikTok Analytics) to measure outcomes.
- Prepare campaign reports with quantitative and qualitative data, along with recommendations for future optimization.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing, Social Media, and Content Creator teams to align campaign messaging and ensure KOLs promote the brand according to Porto X’s vision and mission.
- Participate in creative discussions to develop engaging content that resonates with Porto X’s audience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing KOLs, influencer marketing, or social media partnerships, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Strong connections with relevant KOLs, influencers, and agencies.
- Ability to work towards targets and meet established KPIs.
Technical Competence:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer marketing trends.
- Experienced in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, and KOL campaign performance tracking software.
- Good negotiation skills to establish beneficial partnerships.
Communication & Collaboration Skills:
- Strong communication skills to convey the brand’s vision and message to KOLs and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to achieve optimal results.
Creativity & Adaptability:
- Creative thinking to design innovative and engaging campaign strategies for Porto X’s target market.
- Ability to adapt to industry trends and changes in the digital landscape.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
