Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum D3 (Diploma) in any field.
  • Experience: Some experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Communication: Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to find solutions to customer issues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and able to work well with others.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of customer service software and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-Oriented: Careful with details in documentation and follow-ups.
  • Flexible: Open to working in a fast-paced environment.
