Qualification

• 1-3 years of experience in product development or project management, preferably in footwear or fashion.

• Ability to plan product timelines, manage projects, and ensure timely development.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate team efficiency and identify improvement areas.

• Ability to guide and encourage team growth and ensure effective teamwork.

• Skilled in identifying issues in product development and finding efficient solutions.
